"Maybe a little pricey for what you get"
It’s okay, I guess. It does what it’s supposed to, but I’m not totally sure it feels worth the price. Kind of expensive for what it is.

"Pretty eye detail"
Got my doll from appledoll.com and the eyes are really pretty. The makeup looks neat too. One eyelash is a little uneven, but I’m still happy with it.

"Return Was Easy, Warranty Took a While"
My gut told me the return would probably go through fine, and it did get accepted without much hassle. The warranty side was a different story though, replies took a few days each time, which got frustrating. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying when you’re trying to get things sorted.

I reached out to customer service about my order and they got back to me quickly, usually the same day, which I appreciated. One of the replies was a little confusing so I had to follow up, but they did clear it up in the end. For what I paid, the support was definitely decent. Not flawless, but overall a good experience.

"Decent doll, just not as realistic as pictured"
The doll is fine overall, and shipping went smoothly, which I appreciated. I just expected it to look a bit more realistic based on the photos. In person, the skin texture and facial details have more of a plastic look than I was hoping for. It’s not bad by any means, just a little underwhelming for the price

"Discreet packaging, just a little messy"
I always kind of check the little details with packages, and this one was mostly fine. The box was plain with nothing odd showing, and the shipping label looked normal too, so the discreet part checked out. The only thing I noticed was a small dent in the box and the tape was a bit sloppy, which made me wonder if it had been handled roughly. Not a huge deal, but it didn’t feel super neat either. Overall discreet enough, but not perfect. 3 stars.

"In the end, everything got to me..."
In the end, everything got to me without much hassle. I was a little worried about the customs fees, but appledoll.com explained things clearly enough, and the package made it through without any major drama. It did take a few extra days, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but overall it was a smooth experience

"Super easy to clean, honestly"
I've had it for a bit now, and keeping it clean is way easier than I thought it'd be. The material rinses off really well and doesn't hang onto smells as long as you clean it up right away. Definitely makes the whole thing way less of a pain. Happy with it, not gonna lie

"Accessories were a bit hit or miss"
The doll itself was fine and my kid still liked it, but I was a little disappointed that some of the accessories shown weren’t actually included. It’s not a huge deal, but it was definitely annoying when we opened it and realized pieces were missing. I just wish it had matched the pictures better, because that letdown kind of took away from the excitement.

"Looks good, but I expected smoother joints"
It poses well overall, and I’m happy with how it looks on display. I guess I was expecting the joints to move a little more smoothly, though, they’re a bit stiffer than I thought they’d be. Still, not bad at all.

I ordered from appledoll.com and, i just had a feeling it was going to take a while. But the package showed up after only a few days, and everything looked fine when it arrived. My gut says they’re reliable on shipping, at least based on this order. Definitely happy it got here quicker than I expected.

"Kinda surprised by how soft it is"
I was actually kinda surprised by the material. It feels really soft and doesn’t come off cheap at all. It’s a bit heavier than I expected, but the feel of it is really nice.

"Custom details came out just right"
I ordered a doll with a few custom details changed, and honestly... I wasn’t totally sure how close it would turn out. But the face, hair color, and outfit were all really close to what I asked for, which was such a nice surprise.
The only small thing was the shade being a little lighter than expected, but it still looks really good. Overall, I’m happy with it, it feels like they actually paid attention to the details.
